Tasting Notes

This 100% pure Cabernet Sauvignon was aged 18 months in French Oak. Beautiful bouquet aromas hint of spice and a basket full of berries. The mouthfeel is full with balanced tannins, ripe dark cherries, dark stone fruit, cracked walnuts and a spicy overtone. Limited production of 200 cases will not last long. Pair with a filet or enjoy on its own. It will age nicely over the next 10 years.

Proposition 65 Warnings
Proposition 65 requires the State of California to maintain and update a list of chemicals that can cause cancer, birth defects or other reproductive harm.  Businesses with 10 or more employees that expose individuals to listed chemicals through their products or operations generally must provide warnings.
This website, operated by California’s Office of Environmental Health Hazard Assessment (OEHHA, or the Office), provides information about these chemicals and how Californians may be exposed to them.  The Office posts fact sheets and links to other pertinent information on this website on an ongoing basis.
